Notice is hereby given that the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24th May 2023, in Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby.
Al interested parties are welome to attend.

1. Welcome from the Town Mayor
2. To approve the minutes of the previous Annual Town Meeting, held on 26th May 2022.
3. To receive an un-audited statement of income and expenditure for the financial year 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023.
4. To receive annual reports from:
a. The Town Mayor
b. Spilsby’s Lincolnshire County Councillor
c. Spilsby’s East Lindsey District Councillor
d. Lincolnshire Police
5. To receive reports from groups in the town who have received grants from the Town Council in 2022-23:
a. 2nd Spilsby Scouts Group
b. Spilsby Rotary Club
c. Spilsby Business Partnership
d. Pirouette School of Dance
e. Spilsby Christian Fellowship
f. Spilsby Events Team
g. Spilsby Twinning Association
h. Friends of RAF Spilsby
i. Spilsby Indoor Bowls Club
6. Public Forum
Residents of Spilsby may ask questions or raise issues that relate to the local community.
Only registered electors of Spilsby will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
