Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Spilsby Town Council to be held on Thursday, 23rd January in the Council Chamber, Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby commencing at 7.00 pm.
There will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Following which, a maximum of a further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the Police and elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council (oral, tabled and as attached).
Note: This session will not be minuted.
Mr Andrew Fitzgerald will be giving a presentation to the Council regarding the Men’s Shed Project for Spilsby

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation. (ALL) (2 mins)

8. To set up a working party to organise the Community Engagement Day (5 mins)

10. To consider and approve LALC Annual Training Scheme at a cost of £150.00 (3 mins)
11. To ratify the Action Points from the Away Day (TT) (20 mins)
a. To consider the creation of a Councillors skill base where Councillors with queries can contact a Councillor who has the skill set to answer the query.
b. To consider ‘pop-up’ Councillor surgeries to be run on a similar basis to the Speed Watch with sessions being set up on Market Day and other public events
c. To consider and agree the purchase of ‘notebooks’ and to delegate the research to a Councillor.
