To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of Interest.
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism At 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interest and any written request for dispensation.
3. To approve payment of TDP Ltd Invoice for planters.
4. To approve additional costs of supplying a shed for No. 1 Old Market Avenue.
5. To approve the internal audit.
6. To approve section 1, points 1 – 9 of the Annual Governance Statement for 2021/22.
