AGENDA

1. Apologies for Absence:

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting. (ALL)

2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation. (ALL)    

3. To receive a report from the Allotments Association Chairman. (report to be tabled)                     

4. To receive a report from the Assistant Clerk (report to be tabled) 

5. To receive a report from Councillor Bill Rose – update on Allotments Training
6. To consider and approve the use of an additional allotment (land next to Plot 32)

former ‘holding area’, to utilise space.

7. To consider and approve repairs to fencing adjacent to A16.

8. To consider and approve repairs/works to Allotment pathways.

9. To receive a report from the Cemetery Working Party and agree a plan of action.

10. To receive an update on income from the cemetery.
