To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting (ALL)

 

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.

 

  1. To receive a report from the Allotments Association Chairman (report to be tabled).

 

  1. To receive a report from the Deputy Town Clerk (report to be tabled).

 

  1. To arrange a review date to inspect allotment plots identified as below required standard for maintenance.

 

  1. To review Allotment Finances.

 

  1. To review Cemetery Finances.

 

  1. To review Cemetery Prices (last increase July 2020).
