To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting (ALL)
- To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.
- To receive a report from the Allotments Association Chairman (report to be tabled).
- To receive a report from the Deputy Town Clerk (report to be tabled).
- To arrange a review date to inspect allotment plots identified as below required standard for maintenance.
- To review Allotment Finances.
- To review Cemetery Finances.
- To review Cemetery Prices (last increase July 2020).
- Items for next agenda.
