  1. Apologies for Absence:

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting (ALL)

 

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation (ALL)

 

  1.  To receive a report from the Allotments Association Chairman. (report to be tabled)

 

  1. To receive a report from the Assistant Clerk (report to be tabled)

 

  1. To receive a report on the Allotment Inspection 21.4.21                                           (MH)

 

  1. To formulate a plan for investigation and consideration of:
  1. a replacement water pipe on the allotments sited between Plots 12-15
  2. Additional taps

 

  1. To confirm and approve the use of two new plots:
  1. Communal area
  2. Half of plot 28

 

  1. To review Allotment rents and consider increases in line with other parish councils.

 

  1. To consider and approve amendment to Allotment Policy to add ‘Bonfires on Allotments’.

 

  1. To consider and approve the use of an existing gate to make secure 2nd entrance on allotment site.
