To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

 

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation. (ALL)

  1. To receive update on the play area floor refurbishment                                            (LM)

  1. Members are asked to consider suggestions made for the celebration of Sir John Franklin’s birthday in possible conjunction with the safe opening of the High Streets.

 

  1. To receive an update on the Christmas Lights

 

  1. Members are asked to consider undertaking a Green Space Audit of the amenities within the town.

 

  1. Members are asked to consider the purchase of blue plaques to commemorate the birth place of famous people born in Spilsby.                                                                                  (KW)
