1. Apologies for Absence (Chair)

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation. (ALL)

3. To receive a report on the previous action points from the Town Clerk                    (BS)

4. To receive Highways update                                                                                      (BS)

5. To receive update on the play area floor refurbishment                                            (LM)

6. To receive an update on installation of the defibrillator                                             (BS)

7. To receive update on Youth Council and Youth Engagement                                  (MH)

8. To receive feedback on Franklin Week with recommendations for 2022                  (LM)

9. Members are asked to consider and approve
   1. the formation of an Open Spaces Team to be responsible for the TOC H, Spinney, Orchard, A16 flower bed and floral displays.
   2. the formation of a ‘Friends of Spilsby’ to assist with open spaces
   3.         to set a date for the tidy up of the open spaces
