To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.                                                                                              (ALL)

  1. To review the list of policies due for review and consider the extension of review dates

 

  1. To review the current budget 202/21 and make changes in the budget as necessary

 

  1. To review the Annual Governance and Accountability Return for 2019/20, note the comments made by the external auditor and make recommendations for 2021/22 return

 

  1. To review and make recommendations to the Full Council of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return Section 1 Annual Governance Statement 2021/22 prior to the end of the financial year.

 

  1. To consider the purchase of a purpose-built software accounting system to replace the current excel system.
