  1.       Election of Finance Chairman

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

 

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.                                                                                         (ALL)

 

  1.       Member are asked to review and accept the following policies; -
    1. Recruitment
    2. Information and Communications Technology
    3. Allowances and Expenses
    4. Correspondence
    5. Complaints Policy including flow chart
    6. Succession Policy

 

  1. Members are asked to consider and approve that the rent of 5p per annum payable by the Recreation Ground Committee for the Recreation Ground be waived

 

  1. Members are asked to review and accept the risk register as part of the governance requirements of the council                                                                                     (AW.MG)

 

  1. Members are asked to consider and approve a councillor responsible for overseeing the content of the LCC Parishes Website, Spilsby Section to ensure that it is kept up to date with the statutory documents of governance.

 

  1. Members are asked to consider the purchase of software which will convert a PDF to an editable document.

 

  1. Members are asked to consider the prices for the cemetery lights scheme and formulate a programme of installation as necessary.

 

  1. Members are asked to consider and approve the yearly cemetery price increase to cover the maintenance of the cemetery.
