1. Apologies for Absence (BS)
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation. (ALL)
3. Member are asked to review and accept the following policies; -
a. Business Continuity Plan
b. Review of Policies as per list and to accept the review dates as stated (to be tabled)
4. Members are asked to consider the recommendations made by the Churchyard Wall Investigation and to devise a programme of implementation.
5. To received update on the PDF converter (AW)
6. Members are asked to undertake an in-depth budget review and make recommendations as necessary.
7. To receive the Annual Audit Report and make recommendations as necessary (TC)
8. To receive an update on Scribe and its affect on office finances and working practices (TC)
9. Agenda items for the next meeting.
