To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.                                                                                       (ALL)

5. To consider the rent increase as per the letter from the Franklin Hall Manager dated 19th February

6. To consider and approve the use of HMRC Payroll System for calculating staff wages from 1st April 2021 instead of Haines Watts Accountants at a saving of £330 per annum

7. To receive an update on the current budget 2020/21.

8. To review and make recommendations to the Full Council of the Annual Governance and Accountability Return Section 1 Annual Governance Statement 2021/22 prior to the end of the financial year.
