Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Spilsby Town Council to be held on Thursday, 28th March, 2019 in the Council Chamber, Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby commencing at 7.00 pm.
There will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Following which, a maximum of a further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the Police and elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council (oral, tabled and as attached). Note: This session will not be minuted.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation. (ALL) (2 mins)
3. To approve as a correct the record the notes of the; -
a. Full Council meeting held on 28th February 2019
b. Employment/Governance Committee meeting held on 14th March 2019
c. Community Action Committee meeting held on 14th March 2019 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes. (5 mins)
4. To receive brief reports from the Town Mayor, Town Council’s workings groups, representatives on outside bodies and the Town Clerk (oral, tabled and as attached) (20 mins)
5. To receive updates on Highways issues within the town (5 mins)

7. To consider the email regarding Lincolnshire NHS-Healthy Conversation 2019 and to formulate a response as necessary. (emailed out 5th March 2019) (DM) (15 mins)
8. To consider the LALC suggestion of Cluster Groups and to complete the survey form (ALL) (10 mins)
9. To move the Full Council Meeting in May to the 16th May to comply with the regulations regarding the Annual Meeting of the Town Council. (2mins)
10. To consider and comment on the planning application no S/165/00460/19 made by Mr A Lennon 52 Ashby Road, Spilsby (10 mins)
11. To authorise the signing of orders for payment and to note income Feb/March 2019 (3 mins)
