Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Spilsby Town Council to be held on Thursday, 25th April, 2019 in the Council Chamber, Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby commencing at 7.00 pm.
There will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Following which, a maximum of a further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the Police and elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council (oral, tabled and as attached). Note: This session will not be minuted.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation. (ALL) (2 mins)
3. To approve as a correct the record the notes of the; -
a. Full Council meeting held on 28th March 2019
b. Allotments/Cemetery Meeting 4th April 2019 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes. (5 mins)
4. To receive brief reports from the Town Mayor, Town Council’s workings groups, representatives on outside bodies and the Town Clerk (oral, tabled and as attached) (20 mins)
5. To receive updates on Highways issues within the town (5 mins)
6. To ratify the decisions made by the Allotments/Cemetery Committee 4th April 2019 (10 mins)
7. To consider registering under Asset of Community Value assets within the town (MH) (emailed 2nd April 2019) (10mins)
8. To approve the email address format for Councillors (AW)(5mins)
9. To received update on Church Wall (Canon Coates invited) (10 mins)
10. To consider the application for a grant from Little Heros Autism Group ( 5 mins)
11. To authorise the signing of orders for payment and to note income March/April 2019 (3 mins)
12. To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with Public Bodies (admission to Meetings) Act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in the relation to the following matters; -
a). Administration Matters: To approve the salary scale rise for the Town Clerk and the Deputy Clerk from 1st April 2019 in accordance with the NJC salary scales (DM)(5 mins)
