You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Full Council to be held on Thursday 24th March, 2022 commencing at 7.00pm to be held in the Council Chamber, Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby.
There will be a public session at the beginning of the meeting. Reports may be heard from Lincolnshire County Councillor and East Lindsey District Councillors and questions from residents. This session may not be minuted.

1. Apologies for Absence (RF)
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declaration of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previouly recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.
3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the Full Council Meeting 24th February, 2022
4. To receive brief reports from the Town Mayor, Town Council’s working groups, representatives on outside bodies and the Town Clerk (oral, tabled and as attached) (15 mins)
5. To receive update on Digital Connectivity in Towns (TT, DM) (10 mins) (to be tabled)
6. To consider Car Park Closures in Town (email from Diane Worth ELDC) Council to decide which three events it is supporting. (Xmas Market, Light Night, Bike Night plus others) (10 mins)
7. To confirm Meeting dates for 2022/2023 (3 mins)
8. To consider general highways and traffic management issues in the town, what LCC has to offer as solutions and pedestrian safety at the two main crossing points in the town centre. (15 mins)
9. To resolve the decision not to use Spilsby Town Council’s Public Liability Insurance for the 60’s Saturday event on 24th June 2022. (3 mins)
10. To authorise the signing of orders for payment and to note income for February/March, 2022 (3 mins)
