Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Spilsby Town Council to be held on Thursday 26th May, 2022 at the Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby at 6pm.
Following the election of the Chairman and Vice Chairman there will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Following which, a maximum of a further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the Police and elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council (oral, tabled and as attached). Note: this session will not be minuted.

1. To elect Chairman/Town Mayor for the forthcoming term of office. (5mins)
2. To receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairman. (Date for signature to be agreed by the Town Council) (2 mins)
3. To elect a Vice-Chairman/Deputy Mayor for the forthcoming term of office. (5mins)
4. To receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of the Vice-Chairman. (Date for signature to be agreed by the Town Council) (2 mins)
5. Public Forum
To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
