May 2022 Notice Annual Town Meeting
SPILSBY TOWN COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Parish/Town Meeting will be held on Thursday 26th May, 2022 at the Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby at 7.00pm
All interested parties are invited to attend
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:-
1. Welcome from the Chairman
2. To approve the minutes from the last Annual Parish Meeting held on 10th September, 2021
3. To receive the un-audited statement of Income and Expenditure for the Financial Year 1st April, 2021 to 31st March, 2022
4. To receive annual reports from
a) Chairman of Spilsby Town Council
b) Spilsby LCC County Councillor’s Report
c) Spilsby East Lindsey District Councillor’s Report
d) Lincolnshire Police
5. Reports from associations who have benefited from grants given by the Town Council
6. Question from the Public – an opportunity for residents to ask questions or raise issues that relate to the local community.
(It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but not essential).
ALL ARE WELOME, BUT ONLY REGISTERED ELECTORS OF THE PARISH WILL BE ENTITLED TO VOTE AT THE MEETING.
