Minutes of the meeting of the Full Council held on 7th November 2019 at 7pm in the Council Chamber, Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby.

Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr Day (Personal reasons) Cllr Lowe (Personal reasons) Cllr Marsh (Childcare)
129. Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011
None received
130. Budget for 2020/21 Financial Year
Extra funds were allocated for Tourism to include the Cycle route and interpretation boards in town.
A vote was held to set the budget for the Church wall. It was agreed to set this at £30,000
The final budget was approx. 6% increase
It was RESOLVED to set the Budget at £124,805
131. Precept for the 2020/21 Financial Year
It was RESOLVED to maintain the precept at the 2019/2020 level of £86,885
The Chairman closed the meeting at 8.30 pm
