Notice is hereby given that the
Annual Parish Meeting
will be held on Friday 10th September 2021
at the Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby at 7pm
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows: -
1. Welcome from the Chairman
2. To approve the minutes from the last Annual Parish Meeting held on 22nd March, 2019
3. To receive the Audited Statement of Income and Expenditure for the Financial Year 1st April, 2020 – 31st March, 2021
4. To receive annual reports from:
a) Chairman of Spilsby Town Council
b) Spilsby County Councillor’s Report
c) Spilsby District Councillor’s Report
d) Lincolnshire Police
5. Reports from associations who have benefited from grants given by the Town Council
6. Questions from the Public – an opportunity for residents to ask questions or raise issues that relate to the local community.
(It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but not essential)
ALL ARE WELCOME, BUT ONLY REGISTERED ELECTORS OF THE PARISH WILL BE ENTITLED TO VOTE AT THE MEETING
