Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Spilsby Town Council to be held on

Tuesday 4th May 2021 via video conferencing at 7.00 pm.

 

Any resident wishing to attend via virtual meeting should apply to the Town Clerk for the login and password details.

 

 

Following the election of the Chairman and Vice Chairman there will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Following which, a maximum of a further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the Police and elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council (oral, tabled and as attached). Note: This session will not be minuted.
