AGENDA

1. Apologies for Absence (BS)  

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.                                                                                       (ALL)

3. To consider and approve consultee comments to the East Lindsey District Council regarding the outline planning permission requested by Gin Property (Spilsby) Ltd for the erection of 600 dwellings and a medical centre with provision of associated open space, landscaping and estate roads and cycle ways. (S/165/00238/20)

4. To consider and make comments on planning application S/165/100123/21 Land at Halton Road and Ashby Road for the erection of a building to provide a primary care centre, provision of associated cycle and bin storage, hardstanding and carparking, excavation of land to provide an attenuation pond and construction of a vehicular and pedestrian access.

5. To consider and make comments on planning application S/165/02323/20- land adjacent to Granary Close - Erection of 37no. dwellings, construction of internal access roads and construction of vehicular access.

6. To consider and choose the tender for works to make good the occupation lane to both entrances to the allotments.
